Traditionally, Valentine’s Day represents a special day of the year when couples express their love and commitment to one another.
For one lucky couple, it could possibly mean tying the knot on board Santa Clara Valley Transporation Authority's historic trolley.
On Thursday, Feb. 14, the VTA will host a wedding event on Car 2001, the historic trolley built in Milan, Italy in 1928.
Couples hoping for a chance to win the dream wedding must submit a short essay sharing why they should be the first to ever be married in this romantic, unique setting.
The wedding package includes a ceremony for the couple and 10 guests, gift certificates courtesy of participating local businesses, and an overall event not to be outdone or forgotten.
The deadline to submit an essay is 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7.
