Gateway development appeal
The denial by the Planning Commission of the Gateway development will be appealed before the City Council on June 19. The developer has requested multiple variances and exceptions including increased height, reduced setbacks and parking among them. The meeting begins at 7 PM in the City Council Chambers. The agenda will be posted on the City website; the order of the Gateway appeal will be listed shortly.
