West Valley, Mission Colleges Collaborate for Faculty Fine Art Exhibit at Triton Museum

After their faculty art exhibit back in February of this year, West Valley Community College collaborated with its neighbor Mission Community College in a joint effort to display works by West Valley and Mission art faculty in a special exhibition.

After a successful reception and opening ceremony of the exhibit, which took place last Friday, July 19th, the showcase continues until Sunday, September 8th.

The exhibit features artwork by fine art faculty members such as West Valley's Jason Challas, Wes Burns, Kimberly Cook, and Sylvia Rios, and Misson's Cheryl Coon, Don Shields, Ray Tomasso, and Patricia Hulin.

The showcase viewing hours are as follows:

Tuesday - Wednesday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Every third Thursday of month, 5 to 8 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, 12 to 4 p.m.
Monday: closed
