Association of Bay Area Governments/One Bay Area are attempting to dictate transportation, housing and infrastructure development in every Bay Area city, including Saratoga.
On Wednesday May 8, the Saratoga Planning Commission discussed the One Bay Area plan and we need to become involved; if we don't we will likely lose everything we Saratogans love about our city.

This Wednesday, May 15, the Saratoga City Council will also be addressing the One Bay Area plan.
A critical aspect is their voting to maintain local control over our future; their decision will be represented by our Council representative at the regional meeting. If you want to have Saratoga maintain control over its future development, you need to become involved.

I want Saratoga to maintain control of its future. I do not want to cede that to a regional entity that cares nothing for our uniqueness and appears to want to eliminate all smaller communities in the entire Bay Area.
ABAG/One Bay Area want high density, low-cost housing, massive transportation centers, (even in small communities) and major infrastructure changes. I do not support those goals for Saratoga.
