our food court

I know there was a moratorium on hair nail and real estate on big basin put in place years ago maybe its time to revisit that thought before the "Saratoga food hair and nail court starts to close" maybe it needs to include food and wine  in order to allow some real stores for people to shop at ( look at Los Gatos, Campbell, Willow Glen )

Before there are no more stores and only restaurants and hair n nails on this street (Big Basin way) you would think that planing the city or village would be looking for a mix of businesses that would draw people into the town and let them shop if possible. currently there are 30 places to eat 10 plus hair and nail salons 10 plus places to get wine and 6 or 7 stores... doesn't sound like any sort of plan..people shopping bring people into village we need to limit food wine and hair in order to have a mix
