• Eian Civelli, 20, of Campbell, 1:15 a.m. Dec. 14, 2012, at Vista Arroyo Court and Parker Ranch Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21 and an infraction for passenger having open container in vehicle.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Jessica De Rosas, 25, of San Jose, 5:51 p.m. Dec. 5, 2012, at Saratoga-Sunnyvale and Prospect roads in Saratoga, for an infraction for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• John Mack, 49, of Saratoga, 9:08 a.m. Dec. 18, 2012, at 14420 Fruitvale Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for having an expired registration.
• Jorge Ojeda, 28, of San Jose, 12 noon Dec. 20, 2012, at Quito Road and Fruitvale Avenue in Saratoga, for infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, having an expired registration and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Edward Barron, 62, of San Jose, 3:30 a.m. Dec. 1, 2012, at Quito Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for two infractions for having an expired registration, failing ot provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Octavio Reyes, 24, of San Jose, 2:15 p.m. Nov. 24, 2012, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Rodolfo Leal Tapia, 40, of San Jose, 12:40 p.m. Dec. 10, 2012, at Prospect Road and Lyle Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor suspended license and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Hector Gaspariano Apango, 30, of San Jose, 10:20 a.m. Dec. 16, 2012, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor suspended license and driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.

DUI

• Christopher Dam, 19, of Cupertino, 3:25 a.m. Dec. 19, 2012, at Lawrence Expressway and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI and driving under the influence. Bail set at $5,000.
