Saratoga Runner K.R. Kishore OK After Boston Marathon Explosion
A total of five local runners had signed up to participate in elite race today.
Saratoga runner K.R. Kishore, 46, is OK following this afternoon's bomb blasts near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
According to the race results page, Kishore crossed the finish line in 3:33:55.

- Chris Holmes, 54, with a finish time of 3:33:50
- Craig Vent, 52, with a finish time of 3:43:55
- Morten Jensen, 46, with a finish time of 4:17:40
The other Saratoga runner who had registered to run the event was Ashley Grosse, 44, but her finish time wasn't listed among the others.
Kishore's friend, Arati Mithal Nagaraj, posted on the Saratoga Patch's Facebook page that he was safe and had finsihed with a pace of 8:09-minute miles.
